Kristen Marie Herrera
Kristen Marie Herrera is a native of Brownsville, Texas, and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of Texas at Brownsville in December 2002.
While in college, Kristen was a member of several organizations including Health Occupation Students of America, Phi Theta Kappa, and Alphi Chi. In 2000, Kristen traveled to Cleveland, Ohio to compete in the Health Occupation Students of America National Conference.
Ms. Herrera has worked as a legal assistant since 1998, and hopes to further her career by attending law school. She joined Jim L. Culpepper & Associates, P.C. to integrate her knowledge of human behavior into the legal field, thus providing additional insight to serving clients’ needs. She is fluent in Spanish and lends her assistance in translation for our many Spanish-speaking clients. She enjoys working one-on-one with clients, whether it be for preparing a savvy PowerPoint presentation, or to place a phone call to keep clients up to date on their case.
She has one daughter, Madisyn Dianne, "Maddie", who was born on July 31, 2002. She and her daugther, Maddie, moved to Houston to enjoy all of the opportunities the great city has to offer. On the weekends you can find Kristen and her family at the movies, at a mall shopping, or at the ballpark rooting for the Astros.
